1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup (Hershey's)
3/4 cup peanut butter
19 ice cream sandwiches
1 lg container cool whip
1/2 c chopped salted peanuts
1/2 c mini choc chips

Heat chocolate in microwave. Stir in peanut butter. Allow to cool. Layer a 9x13 dish with ice cream sandwiches, chocolate mix, cool whip, peanuts, and mini choc chips - in that order) until all sandwiches are covered. freeze. Cut into 2x2 squares.
