1 pkg cold pack blue cheese
4 T sour cream
1/2 c EVOO
1 T white wine vinegar
dash worcheshire sauce
s&p to taste
iceberg wedges, romaine leaves or endive leaves
crumbled bacon
chopped tomatoes

1 pkg cold pack blue cheese 4 T sour cream 1/2 c EVOO 1 T white wine vinegar

Fork blue cheese into bowl, leaving lumpy. Add sour cream and mix well. Add olive oil, vinegar and s&p and mix well.

Serve over lettuce and top with tomatoes and bacon.
