Loaded baked potato salad by

Ingredients

8 russet potatoes
Throw away baking pan
16 oz sour cream
Shredded cheese of your choice but cheddar is great in it
Green onions
Bacon
Frying pan for bacon
Large bowl
Plastic wrap
Cutting board
Knife

Instructions

Bake the potatoes for 60-75 minutes at 350 f or 180 c
Once done set aside to cool
Fry up bacon until crisp set aside crumble once cool
Cut potatoes into cubes once cool
Put into a bowl
Cut up green onions add to potatoes with bacon cheese and sour cream mix until everything is well incorporated
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours this can be done the night before so it’s cool for when you are ready to serve
