Navajo fry bread by

Ingredients

Mixing bowl large
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
Oil for frying
Skillet
Rolling pin
Plate with paper towels
Tongs

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients add water and milk
Knead dough 6 times
Roll out into 5 inch circles
Make a small hole in the center with your fingers
In a skillet get oil to 375
Dough will puff up and bubble turn when golden brown
Turn when golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Eat with honey or as a taco
