crock pot corned beef and cabbage by

Ingredients
2 lbs. of corned beef with seasoning packet
• 1 medium size cabbage cut up into bite size cuts
• 6 russet potatoes peeled and cut into bite size chunks
• 6 carrots peeled and cut into bite size chunks
• One sweet onion cut up
• 1 1/2 cups of water or chicken stock
• 1 6 or 8 qt crock pot what ever you have on hand
• Cutting board
• Vegetable peeler
• Good sharp knife for cutting vegetables
• Cup to measure the liquid that you choose to use.
Instructions
Cut up your onion into small slices and layer it on the bottom of the crock pot
• Rinse your corned beef and lay on top of the onions add the seasoning packet to your corned beef
• Cut peel and cut up the remaining vegetables layer them around the corned. slow cook for 8 hours
