homemade vanilla coffee syrup by

3/4 cup purified water

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract clear or not your choice

spoon to stir the syrup mixture

glass mason jar with a tight fitting lid, or plastic squeeze bottle with a tight fitting lid

plastic funnel
Directions over low heat mix the water and sugar and stir. keep stirring for five minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved

Once the sugar is dissolved add the vanilla extract and mix it in . let it simmer for 30 seconds to cook off the alcohol flavor out of the vanilla.

Let cool completely before putting the mixture in the glass mason jar or plastic bottle. Use the funnel to pour the mixture into the jar or bottle .
