Steak fajitas by

Ingredients

Disposable sheet pan or regular sheet pan with tin foil and non stick spray
Cutting board and knife
Red , green, yellow bell pepper
Onion
Sirloin steak
Fajita marinade the recipe is in the dressing section
Mixing bowl
Tongs
Warm tortillas
Toppings of your choice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 f or 200 c
Rinse peppers slice into thin strips after removing seeds
Slice onion then dice it
Rinse meat slice into thin strips
Put ingredients in bowl add marinade stir with tongs
Layer mixture on sheet pan
Cook 10-12 mins or until steaks cooked and vegetables are tender
Warm up tortillas
Add fajita mixture to tortillas top with your choice of toppings
