Pralines - Microwave by

1 cup whippping cream - 1/2 pint container - Borden's
1 lb. box light brown sugar
1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped - or pecan halves
2 Tabls. butter - room temperature


Using a large 4 - quart bowl - heavy duty one to use in microwave -

Mix whipping cream and brown sugar together until mixed well.

Microwave on High (100%) for 13 minutes - stirring not necessary.

Take from microwave - quickly add pecans and butter stirring to mix.

Stir until it gently starts to hold it shape - then using a teaspoon - work quickly and drop on to aluminun foil. This sets fast - store in covered container.
