Yogurt Pancakes by

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1 stp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Mix first three ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth, might add 1/4 cup of milk so it won't be so thick. Heat electric skillet to 400F; drop batter on skillet. Turn when top starts to bubble.

Servings: 3

Serving Size: 4 pancakes each
