1 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup sour milk (make sour milk - add 1 tsp vinegar to milk)
1 stick of butter or margarine (soft)
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 tsp. baking powder ( make sure it has a good date on can)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 bananas mashed

Cream sugar and butter. Mix baking powder and flour.
Add soda to sour milk - stir well -
Add flour mixture alternating slowly with soda and sour milk mixture=
add vanilla at this time.- mix eggs in @ this time
Stir in mashed bananas and pecans. Spoon into mini loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam - baking - spray.

Bake 350* for 45 minutes.

Makes nice Christmas baked gift. These will fit well in the small
plastic Christmas bags. Enjoy!
