Peach Crisp by

3 c. fresh ripe peaches, sliced
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Dot with butter.
Top with crust:
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
c. fresh ripe peaches, sliced
c. vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients. Mix oil and egg. Combine two mixture, mix lightly.
Spread over fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until crust is crunchy not moist. Serve hot or cold.
May be used to make Apple Crisp or Cherry Crisp
I substituted the veg oil with apple sauce, can't tell the difference and was very yummy :) I think this is the same recipe that Joyce made with blackberry's while she was here.....I know big mama would love it!
