Asian Chicken Salad -* very good by

Ingredients

1 pkg.(6oz.) Baby Spinach
2 Tbs. House of Tsand Bangkok Padang - Peanut Sauce
2-4 cups Louis Rich Frozen Grilled Chicken Strips - cut up
16 Baby carrots sliced
1 orange - peeled and diced
1(8oz.) Super Firm Cube Tofu - drain - diced or crumbled
1/2 cup Wish Bone Red wine Vinaigrette salad dressing
2 cups mixed - chopped - red, yellow and green bell peppers
1/2 cup Planters honey roasted peanuts
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Get all of ingredients chopped and measured accordingly.
Mix peanut sauce with vinaigrette dressing in sm. bowl
Toss spinach, peppers, chicken, tofu, carrots,orange and peanuts in lg.
bowl with enough peanut saice dressing mixture to coat.

the spincah wilts quickly - mix sauce when ready to eat -
serves 4 - very good - and filling.
