Gluten Free Cut Out Sugar Cookies by

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
2 1/2 Cups GF Flour Mix
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cream of Tarter

Instructions

Add butter and powdered sugar, beat until fluffy
Add egg, vanilla and almond extract
In a separate bowl add flour mix, baking soda and cream of tarter. Use a whisk to mix.
Add all ingredients together and mix.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or you can freeze for later!)

Heat oven to 375 degrees F
Roll out and cut out then place on an ungreased cookie sheet (or lined with parchment paper) for 8-10 minutes
