Ingredients
4 small bags of cabbage
4 small bags of carrots
1 lb of pork
1 lb of shrimp
1 lb of clear noodles
Egg Roll wrap
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sesame Oil
4 eggs for the mixture
2 eggs for egg wash

Instructions
1) Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until no singular part is visible
2) take an egg roll wrap and put a spoonful of ingredients into the roll and fold over the wrap. Fold the sides into and under the roll and keep rolling until the edge is showing. Use the egg wash to paint the edge and finish the egg roll
3) No side should be open. Once that is checked make put the roll into oil at 350 degrees for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
