Ingredients
35 saltine crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Line a 15" X 10" X 1" jelly roll pan with tin foil. Lightly spray foil with a non-stick cooking spray. Place saltine crackers, salty side up, in prepared pan. Fill tray with crackers.
In a saucepan, boil butter and sugar for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture over crackers and bake or 4 - 6 minutes. Remove from over and top with candy bars (broken into chunks), and spread evenly as chocolate begins to melt. Cool slightly and transfer onto waxed paper separating the crackers. Allow to cool completely.
Freezes well. Freeze on cookie sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag.
