8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 T. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. butter, softened
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. confectioner’s sugar
1 c. mini marshmallows
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. semisweet choc. chips
1 c. finely chopped toasted walnuts
Graham crackers / fruit

In a med. bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter. Beat at med. speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the sugars, cocoa and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Add the marshmallows, choc. chips. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Form the mixture into a ball, then roll it in the walnuts. Arrange the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with graham crackers and / or fruit.
