Ingredients
3 large eggs per person
Salt
Pepper
Resealable plastic freezer bags
Add-ins:
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Monterey Jack-Colby cheese, shredded
Cooked and crumbled bacon Cooked and crumbled sausage Diced ham
Chopped green bell pepper
Chopped red onion
Diced tomato
Chopped spinach
Sautéed sliced mushrooms

large eggs per person
Instructions
In medium mixing bowl whisk together eggs, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into plastic bags. Add in the desired add ins.
Seal bag and drop into large pot of boiling water. Simmer the bag for 5-8 minutes. Remove bag from water with tongs and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Allow to cool slightly before handling. Open the bags and pour the cooked omelet out onto the plate. Top with additional cheese or add-ins.
