Spinach Artichoke Dip by

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1-1/4 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350. Cook the spinach in microwave for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Place artichokes in food processor and chop. Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of the pepper jack cheese and stir well.
Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and transfer mixture to the
baking dish. Cover the top with the remaining pepper jack cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with chips.
