Ingredients
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 pkgs brown & serve pork sausage, fried or 1 1/2 lb bacon fried & diced
2 T chopped parsley
6-8 eggs
3-4 cups milk
3/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
3/4 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp marjoram
1 tsp prepared mustard
garlic croutons
3 cup

Instructions
Grease 9" x 13" pan
Place croutons in pan
Sprinkle with 2 1/2 cups cheese
Sprinkle with sausage or bacon
Mix eggs and milk and seasonings and pour over ingredients in pan
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
You can make the night before.
