Ingredients
354ml warm water (110-119 degrees)
2 tablespoons dry active yeast
30g granulated sugar
40ml olive oil
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon instant mashed potato flakes (optional)
570g all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Make as you would bread. Kneed 7 minutes. Rest 10 minutes.
Cut into 8 equal pieces. Gently pat and roll into 12-inch logs.
Spray with water, dredge in Italian Herb Blend.
Score 3-4 slashes each.
Rise til tripled, approx. 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-18 minutes at 375F.
