625g whole milk, warmed 110-115 degrees

57g butter, melted
2 teaspoons salt
840g all-purpose flour

Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in milk.
Add honey, butter, slat and 5 cups flour; beat until smooth.
Add enough flour to form a soft dough.
Turn out and knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes.
Place in greased bowl. Cover til doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down, shape into 2 loaves. Place in loaf pans. Cover until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 until golden brown, 30-35 minutes.
