226 grams butter, softened to room temperature
360-480 grams superfine sugar (blend regular sugar to superfine)
60 ml heavy cream/ half & half
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Whip until light and fluffy.
