Ingredients

For dough:
200 g cold butter
2,5 glasses (250ml) flour of your choice
Pinch of Salt
0,5 glass cold water

For cream:
3 yolks
1 glass of sugar
Vanilla extract few drops
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp flour
500 ml cold milk
100g butter

Instructions

1. Shred frozen butter into the bowl with 2,5 glasses of flour, add pinch of salt. Mix well

2.then add cold water (half of glass) and mix well again until smooth. Keep dough in fridge for 1 hour.

3.roll the dough in rounded form (8/9 crusts) and bake one after another in the oven. 7 min 180 degrees Celsius.

4. Let’s prepare the cream.
Mix yolks with sugar and mix well until smooth. Add vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and flour. Afterwards cold milk. Mix well.

5. sauté mixed mass at low temperature all the time mixing to avoid burning. Let it cool completely down.

6. Butter mix till smooth and add to cooked but already cooled mass. Whisk cream with hand mixer.

7. Grease up the crust with cream putting one crust on top of another. Let it soak for a night. You can add berries, your favorite fruits or ice cream with serving a cake.
