Hamburger Turnovers by

Ingredients
Pastry for 2 pie crust
1 1/4 lb ground round steak
2 C finely diced cooked potatoes
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/3 C chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t rosemary
1/3 C butter or margarine
1/3 C lemon juice
1 t grated lemon peel

Instructions
For 12 turnovers, roll pastry 1/8" thick, cut into 12 6" circles. Mix round steak, potatoes, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and rosemary. Place a layer of meat mixture on each round of pastry. Dot each round with butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and grated lemon peel. Dampen edges of pastry, fold over, press edges together and crimp them with finger and thumb. Brush with beaten egg. Make 2 small slits is top of the turnover. Bake is hot oven 400 for 1 hour.
