1 Large brick of Velveeta
1 Small brick of Philly cheese, (jalapeno kind optional)
1 2 up bag of taco flavored shredded cheese
1 can of Rotel Diced tomatoes and green chilis
1 LB ground beef cooked and drained
1 Taco seasoning packet, (low sodium if possible)

Toss in CrockPot until all the cheese is melted.
