16 oz brand name, room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar (or 1/3 if you like it sweeter)
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
9" premade graham cracker crust

Mix all together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool on the counter top for two hours and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
