2) Mutton gravy bagara rice by

Ingredients

Mutton curry Prep work
- yendu kobbari,cashews and ggus gus light ga roast chesi, mixi vey. fine powder ayaka koddiga water esi grind chesi fine paste chey
Bagara rice prep work
- pudina kosi petko, kothimeera thargi petko
- small plate lo all masalas vesi petko (8 cups ki 8 elaichi, 6 laung, 5 bay leafs, 3 inch cinnamon, 2 tbsp shah jeera)
- ne daggara unna handi lo correct ga ne daggara unna anchu leni medium glass tho 8 cups udukunthundi. (7 chalu actual ga but thappadhu ankunte put 8) inka antha kanna veyaku.

Instructions

Mutton curry
- 2 big onions or 2.5 medium onions
- 8 chillies
- first 2 gunta garitalu ninda oil tiskoni fry onions
- light brown (not dark) ochaka put allam vellulli muddha 1 big lemon sized
- vegaka, put pudina and kothimeera
- then add mutton and fry untill koddiga water comes out. dont put salt.
- then add the masala paste and fry for good 5-7 minutes. pachi vasana povali

- now add 1 tomato slices or paste . don't put more than 1. pulla taste ostundhi..

- add salt and little water and put on medium flame for 4 whistles.
- chivarlo 1 tbsp garam masala and 1/2 tbsp coriander powsder vesi 2 min flame lo unchi desired consistency of charu ochevarki unchi. last lo curry leaves and kothimeera garnish. anthe
