Carrot Cake by

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrot (large cups)
8 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple

Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
Add sugar, oil, and eggs
Mix well
Add carrots and pineapple and mix
Put in 2 or 3 round 9 inch pans (greased and floured)
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
Leave in pans for a few minutes and then turn onto rack
Frost with cream cheese frosting
