Cocunut Macaroons by

2 Egg Whites
1/2 C. Sugar
2 C. Dry Coconut


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

2. Place the egg whites, sugar, and coconut in a bowl and mix together. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into a ball and put on the baking tray. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.

3. Bake for 8-19 minutes, or until the macaroons are just starting to brown. Cool on the trays before serving. Makes 14.
