Couscous Salad by

Ingredients

1 diced onion
2-3 diced bell peppers
1/2 bag of frozen peas, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 box of couscous

Instructions

Prepare couscous according to the instructions on the box. Sautee onion in olive oil until translucent. Add peppers and continue cooking until the onions caramelize. Add salt & pepper (and any other spices you may like, such as garlic/onion powder) to taste. Remove from heat. Stir in peas and add the vegetables to the couscous. Serve warm or room temperature.
