Perfect Hummus by

Ingredients

1 clove garlic—roughly chopped (add more if desired)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water (add more for desired consistency)
19 oz canned chickpeas rinsed and drained
1/2 cup tahini
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping the sides occasionally.
