High Protein Banana Pudding by

Ingredients
1 pack SF vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups fairlife milk
1/2 cup protein powder of choice (vanilla or banana flavor would work best)
1 cup zero sugar cool whip
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
3 small bananas
Choice of sweet cracker (nilla wafers, simple mills sweet thins, etc)

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Instructions
1. Add the milk and pudding mix to a large bowl and whisk for 2 minutes until thick. (or according to the box instructions)
2. Add the protein powder and whisk until well incorporated and smooth.
3. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt and whipped cream.
4. Store the banana pudding in an airtight container in the fridge. When you’re ready to eat, top with fresh bananas and your choice of sweet cracker!
