I also like to top with brown sugar, or a mixture of butter, sugar, and cinnamon! Feel free to add prior to baking for a little extra something in every bite!
Ingredients
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
4 small bananas, pureed
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 extra-large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (if you want to include)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Grease 9x5 in loaf pan; set aside.
3. Place brown sugar, and granulated sugar in large bowl; mix together.
4. Add butter and mix well until combined.
5. Incorporate bananas, cream and vanilla with spatula.
6. Incorporate eggs, one at a time, beating well between additions.
7. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into second bowl. Mix into egg mixture using beater or blender.
8. Fold in chocolate chips.
9. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centre of cake emerges clean.
10. Let cool before serving
