Ingredients
1 lb ground beaf
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup minced onion
1 egg
8 oz can diced tomatoes w/ juice
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
Topping:
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
