Hearty Chicken Pot Pie by

Ingredients

2 16 oz. packages of frozen mixed veggies, thawed
2-3 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Instructions

1. Mix veggies, chicken and soup in ungreased casserole dish.

2. Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with fork until blended. Pour on top of chicken mixture in casserole.

3. I know in the past I’ve told you not to bake these, but let’s bake them at 350 for 20 minutes, just so the top starts cooking and doesn’t mix all in with the rest of the ingredients. They will then warm them up at the Salvation Army and they’ll cook some more.
