Mary Sylver's Mac & Cheese by

Ingredients

4 C. Macaroni
6 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 C. Milk
2 Heaping T. Flour
Ritz Cracker Crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook macaroni
2. 2. Layer macaroni with cheese in pan
3. Heat 3 ½ C. milk
4. Add flour, salt and pepper to remaining ½ C. milk; beat
5. Slowly stir flour mixture into heated milk to thicken
6. Pour over macaroni and cheese
7. Add cracker crumbs to top (if desired)
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. or 375 for 45 min.
