Kaju panner by

Ingredients

Kaju - 15 no. Cut in 2 halfs
panner - 150 gms
onion- 4 large (peeled n blanched with cardamom n bay leaf)
Tomato - 3 medium ( blanced n peeled )
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
butter - 1 tbsp
ghee - 1.5 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Whole garam masala - (2 cardamom. 2 half inch cinamon. 3 cloves. 4 black peppercorns. 1 bay leaf)
Oil for frying
soaked kaju n khus khus - abt half bowl
fresh cream - half cup
milk - as required
red chilli pwd - 1 tbsp
green chilli. Coriander leaves. Mint leaves - half bowl finely chopped
salt - as per taste
Kitchen king masala - 1.5 tsp
kastoori meethi - as per taste

Instructions

Firstly fry kaju cut in halves n panner cubes n keep aside
nw grind blanced onion. Gting ginger garlic paste. Grind blanced tomatoes. All 3 sepreatly.
heat oil,ghee,butter in a kadhai
Now add whole garam masala to it
as the aroma cmes add onion paste.
nw after onion paste add gimger garlic paste, aftr raw smell dissappers add chilli pwd after 1 min add tomato paste kasturi metthi. N stir continusly as oil starts sperating add cashew paste n atir for 1 min more..
Now adjust salt
n then add fried kaju n panner to it
after u add panner add fresh cream n saute for just 1.5 min
n then add finely chopped green chilli.chopped coriander n mint leaves atlast add 1.5 tsp kitchen king masala n serve with a glaze of cream...
