If you like you can add a couple of slices of roast beef or pork or a soft boiled egg. You could also add a little chopped green onion for garnish.
Ingredients
1 package instant ramen noodles
3/4 tsp Knorr beef bullion powder
1 1/2 tsp less sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Crystal hot sauce
1/4 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup water

Instructions
Open the package of instant ramen and discard the flavor packet.
In a bowl add the noodles, bullion, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce.
In a second microwave safe bowl add the frozen vegetables and water. Microwave for three minutes or until water is boiling and vegetables are warmed through.
Add boiling water and vegetables to the noodles. If adding slices of beef or pork, or soft boiled egg, add them now. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for three minutes.
Remove plastic wrap, garnish with chopped green onion if desired, and enjoy.
