Apple strudel by

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry dough
3 medium size Apples Peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Raisins (optional )
1/3 Cup Pecans
2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
1 Egg


Instructions

In a bowl place sliced apples add sugar, cinnamon, raisins, pecans and bread crumbs and stir gently .
Preheat oven to 375 F(190 C),
Dust some flour on a working surface rollout puff pastry dough into a rectangle shape
Place the apple mixture in the middle of the dough.
Folled the dough over the filling and seal by pinching the edges together.
Place the dough on a well floured cookie sheet, make few cuts across the dough,brush the surface of the dough with beaten egg
bake the strudel for 30 minutes, let it cool for 5 minuets before slicing. Sa7ah
