Ingredients

Try mixing up your vegetables. (ideas: butternut squash, sweet potato, brussel sprouts, onions, parsnip, turnip, carrots, cauliflower

Instructions

Preheat overn to 400F
Spray baking sheet with spray
Cut up any/all kinds of vegetables.
Drizzle with EVOO and toss to coat
Add whatever spices you like
Transfer to baking sheet
Cook for 25 mins. Stir to combine
Cool and put in sandwich baggies/fridge.
Great for snacks or addition to meat/roll ups for lunches etc.
