Bulgogi Beef Cheat by

Ingredients

1 TB sesame oil
1 LB Ground Beef
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1/2-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup of Sliced Green Onions

Instructions

1:Heat a large Skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground beef in the sesame oil. Add the garlic and the white part of the onion. Cook it all the way through. If using fatty meat then drain it a bit.
2: Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper, and salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors and melt the sugar.
3: Serve over Rice and top with the green part of the onion.
