German Pancakes and Syrup by

Ingredients

Pancakes:
6 eggs
1 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 c butter

Syrup:
1 c sugar
1/2 c buttermilk
1 stick butter
1/2 t baking soda
1 t vanilla

Instructions

1. spray a 9"x13" pan and melt butter in it while oven preheats to 450 F.
2. Beat together with an electric mixer the eggs, flour, milk, and salt.
3. Pour egg mixture into the pan and bake 15-20 mins until lightly browned.

Syrup:
1. boil sugar, buttermilk, butter, and baking soda for 1 min. then add vanilla. mix constantly
