Blueberry Muffins by

Ingredients

2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoons Salt
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. In another bowl beat butter, sugar and honey with electric hand mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time then add vanilla. Alternately stir in flour and milk. When blended, fold in berries. Spoon batter into paper-lined or greased muffin cups. Bake until golden in a preheated 350 degree oven, about 25-30 minutes.
