Chicken Noodle Soup by

Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 stalks celery, diced
2 large carrots, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup frozen peas
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. rosemary
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
12 cups chicken broth

Instructions

add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hrs or on high for 4-6 hours. If cooking in the instapot switch to boil when cook time is over and add in the noodles til they are cooked.

Homemade noodles:

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
add milk if too dry

I usually triple this recipe (These noodles are so yummy you are going to want a lot). Mix all ingredients. Roll out with rolling pin and roll up. cut with a pizza cutter. un roll and drop into boiling soup.
