Greek Yoghurt Chicken Salad Sandwich by


1 pound cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded
1/2 cup diced red onions
1/2 cup diced apples
2/3 cup grapes, halved
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
kosher salt
ground black pepper
4 rolls Ciabatta Bread, toasted


In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and serve on a Ciabatta roll.
