Out of the Box Cafe Asian Chicken Salad by

Ingredients
Dressing:
1 cup sugar
2 tblspn salt
1 tblspn pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Mix together.
Add:
1/2 cup sesame oil
2 cups canola oil
1 1/2 cup white vinegar ( I use apple cider vinegar)
Stir together or shake in container. Dissolve all sugar mixture into oil and vinegar.
Salad mix:
Shredded chicken breast. (Boil 2-3 whole skinless breast’s in water until cooked through. Add a little salt to the boiling water). Let cool and shred with forks
1-2 heads iceberg lettuce shredded (romaine works well too)
Shredded carrots
Sliced cucumbers
2 stalks finely minced green onions
(Optional)Shredded purple cabbage (can use the package that is already cut up from Costco or grocery store)
Sliced toasted almonds, toasted sesames seeds, fried won tons strips and fried rice sticks

Instructions
Toss salad ingredients together and then add desired amount of dressing or place dressing on the side for individuals to decide amount.
