1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
3/4 - 1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon dry mustard, garlic salt, onion powder, chili powder
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


Mix all ingreds in a bowl and roll into 2 inch balls. You can make them smaller and cook in a mini cupcake pan and get 24 or more. If larger cook on the stove top in a pan with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil. If on stove top don't crowd the pan, keep medium low heat and cook on each side about 3 minutes until golden brown. After all are cooked, I put them in a glass baking dish and throw in the oven at 325 for about 25 minutes.

If using the mini pan, bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. Rotate meatballs after half time, by taking a fork and carefully flipping around to help even browning.

You can also place in a glass baking dish sprayed with Pam and cook 30-45 minutes at 350 if the larger size. Once down, drain on paper towel and keep warm until ready to serve.
