Chicken Tortilla Soup by Ames by

3 c roasted chicken, cubed
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 (10 oz) cans RO*TEL diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 (14 oz) can Hunts tomato sauce
5 (14 oz) cans Swanson Chicken Broth 33% Less Sodium
1 (14 oz) can Del Monte White Kernel Corn
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg McCormick's Taco Seasoning

Garnish: Shredded cheddar & jack cheese, Tortilla chips, sour cream, diced avocado, sliced black olives, thinly sliced green onions, minced cilantro.



In a large pot, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, corn, chicken, Worcestershire sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer 30 minutes or longer.

Ladle the soup into bowls and top with your favorite garnish.
