Ingredients
2 medium-sized sea bream (or Gilt-head bream)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tomato, sliced
1 green pepper (or green bell pepper), sliced
1 onion, sliced
Juice of one lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Lemon slices for stuffing (or garnish)

medium-sized sea bream (or Gilt-head bream)

Instructions
Clean the sea bream thoroughly, wash it with water and vinegar, then dry it.
Rub the fish with a mixture of salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices and parsley.
Place it in an oven tray lightly coated with olive oil, and add the tomato, pepper, and onion slices around it.
Cover it with aluminum foil (tinfoil) and bake it in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and let it brown (or crisp up) for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot with white rice or fresh vegetable salad.
