Yeast Rolls by

Ingredients

1 cup whole milk - warm 110 degrees
1/2 cup butter / 1 stick
1/4 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp kosher salt
4 cups bread flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients into a bread maker and use the
Dough setting
If the dough seems to dry add a tsp of water to it

After the bread maker completes its cycle grease a pan with olive oil
Preheat oven at 375 degrees

This recipe should make 24 rolls
Roll 24 rolls into equal balls
Space the rolls on the pan cover the rolls with a damp cloth
After the rolls raise like 25 minutes remove the damp cloth and place in the oven
Cook for 15 - 18 minutes until golden brown

Serve with butter, honey, honey butter etc
